摘要:常温催化氧化是消除室内HCHO污染最可行的方法之一,其中以过渡金属氧化物为代表的催化剂因性能优异、成本低廉而备受广泛关注。采用柠檬酸络合法和水热法制备了一系列CuMnCeOx催化剂,研究考察制备方法及载体对催化剂氧化性能的影响,并利用XRD、SEM、BET、H2-TPR、XPS和IR等对催化剂进行微观表征与分析。研究发现,制备方法及载体类型对催化剂的表面结构形貌、氧化性能产生显著影响,其中采用柠檬酸络合法所制的CuMnCeOx-C催化剂性能最佳,48h的HCHO去除率达98.6%,完全满足GB50325-2001标准要求,其介孔结构,晶体粒径及所形成的铈基铜锰固溶体均利于形成大量氧空位及催化氧化反应,且展示出良好的抗水蒸气和稳定性能,其在常温催化氧化VOCs方面具有重要应用前景。 相似文献

在单纤维拔出试验中,由于试件的界面端存在应力奇异性,这使试验所得到的界面剪切强度数据失去合理性[1]。但从文献[1]关于微珠脱粘试验研究的结论中可以发现当基体的楔形角小于某临界角度后,微珠试件界面端应力奇异性几乎消失。由此启发我们设计出一种楔形角小于该纤维/基体系统临界角的锥面的拔出试件,这样即可以防止出现传统拔出试件在界面端的强应力奇异性,又可以避免微珠脱粘试验自身的缺陷。界面端具有任意楔形角的轴对称模型被用于分析和确定纤维/基体系统的临界角,对方程进行渐近展开和分离变量处理,根据边界条件可以得到关于特征值λ的特征方程,针对确定的纤维/基体系统可以得到特征值和楔形角的关系曲线,我们把应力奇异性指数等于-0.005时所对应的楔形角定义为临界角,以及根据临界角设计锥面拔出试件的方法。 相似文献

An alumina-supported cobalt aerogel catalyst prepared from a sol-gel and a supercritical drying method was used in the catalytic decomposition of methane.The physical-chemical properties of the catalyst were characterized and its activity for methane decomposition was investigated.The effects of calcination and reaction temperatures on the activity of the catalyst and the morphology of the carbon nanotubes produced were discussed.A COAl2O4 spinel structure formed in the calcined catalyst.The quantity of the nanotubes produced in the reaction increases with the amount of cobalt in the reduced catalyst.A higher reaction temperature leads to a higher reaction rate,though faster deactivation of the catalyst occurs with the change.The carbon nanotubes grown on the catalyst have smooth walls and uniform diameter distribution. 相似文献

The present paper describes results of plate-impact pressure-shear friction experiments conducted to study time-resolved growth of molten metal films during dry metal-on-metal slip under extreme interfacial conditions. By employing tribo-pairs comprising hard tool-steel against relatively low melt-point metals such as 7075-T6 aluminum alloys, interfacial friction stress ranging from 100 to and slip speeds of approximately have been generated. These relatively high levels of friction stress combined with high slip-speeds generate conditions conducive for interfacial temperatures to approach the melting point of the lower melt point metal (Al alloy) comprising the tribo-pair.A Lagrangian finite element code is developed to understand the evolution of the thermo-mechanical fields and their relationship to the observed slip response. The code accounts for dynamic effects, heat conduction, contact with friction, and full thermo-mechanical coupling. At temperatures below the melting point the material is described as an isotropic thermally softening elastic-viscoplastic solid. For material elements with temperatures in excess of the melt point a purely Newtonian fluid constitutive model is employed.The results of the hybrid experimental-computational study provides new insights into the thermoelastic-plastic interactions during high speed metal-on-metal slip under extreme interfacial conditions. During the early part of frictional slip the coefficient of kinetic friction is observed to decrease with increasing slip velocity. During the later part transition in interfacial slip occurs from dry metal-on-metal sliding to the formation of molten Al films at the tribo-pair interface. Under these conditions the interfacial resistance approaches the shear strength of the molten aluminum alloy under normal pressures of approximately 1- and shear strain rates of . The results of the study indicate that under these extreme conditions molten aluminum films maintain a shearing resistance as high as .Scanning electron microscopy of the slip surfaces reveal molten aluminum to be smeared on the tribo-pair interface. 近年来的研究发现固液界面的滑移可以减小表面摩擦,但也会造成流体动力效应下降甚至消失.本文提出了复合表面滑动轴承的概念,轴套表面由具有不同吸附和滑移特性的复合表面组成,发现复合表面轴承比普通轴承有许多优点.通过改变轴套表面的滑移特性可以改变和优化轴承的各种性能,例如摩擦系数、承载力、润滑剂流量、承载角等.数值解表明,在轴承高压区改变轴套表面滑移特性,轴承的整体性能会有大幅度提高.例如,本文给出的初步优化设计方案使得摩擦系数降低50%以上,同时承载力可提高20%,并且承载角可以降低33%.本文提出的设计理念不但可用于设计出具有更优异特性的径向滑动轴承,而且可以设计出具有复合表面的轴向滑动轴承或滑块轴承.复合表面滑动轴承在降低轴承摩擦、提高承载能力方面有很大的空间可以探索. 相似文献

The effect of interfacial tension on the steady-flow and dynamic viscoelastic behavior of emulsions are studied experimentally. At very low inter-facial tensions and low volume fractions, the viscosity decreases with increasing shear rate and becomes constant at high shear rates. The high-shear-rate Newtonian viscosity is not affected by interfacial tension, but the transition from pseudoplastic to Newtonian flow shifts to lower shear rates as the interfacial tension decreases. At an interfacial tension of 5 × 10–3 Nm–1, the viscosity decreases, passes through a minimum, and then increases as the shear rate is increased. The dilatant behavior may be attributed to elastic responses of interfaces during collision of drops. At high volume fractions, the emulsions show remarkable elasticity resulting from the interfacial energy associated with deformation of liquid films. The modulus and viscosity are proportional to interfacial tension and inversely proportional to drop size. 相似文献

A one-dimensional momentum equation has been derived based on a two-fluid model and used to predict the axial distribution of liquid level or void fraction in steady, cocurrent, gas-liquid stratified flows in horizontal circular pipes and rectangular channels. The equation is carefully formulated to incorporate the effect of interfacial level gradient. Two different critical liquid levels are found from the momentum equation and are adopted as a boundary condition to calculate the liquid level or void fraction distribution upstream of the channel exit. The predicted void fraction distributions are compared with the experimental data obtained in a rectangular channel in this work and other data reported for large-diameter pipes. Recently developed transport equations for two-phase flow through porous media usually have a second term that has been included to account properly for interfacial coupling between the two flowing phases. The source and magnitude of such coupling is not well understood. In this study, a partition concept has been introduced into Kalaydjian's transport equations to construct modified transport equations that enable a better understanding of the role of interfacial coupling in two-phase flow through natural porous media. Using these equations, it is demonstrated that, in natural porous media, the physical origin of interfacial coupling is the capillarity of the porous medium, and not interfacial momentum transfer, as is usually assumed. The new equations are also used to show that, under conditions of steady-state flow, the magnitude of mobilities measured in a countercurrent flow experiment is the same as that measured in a cocurrent flow experiment, contrary to what has been reported previously. Moreover, the new equations are used to explicate the mechanism by which a saturation front steepens in an unstabilized displacement, and to show that the rate at which a wetting fluid is imbibed into a porous medium is controlled by the capillary coupling parameter, . Finally, it is argued that the capillary coupling parameter, , is dependent, at least in part, on porosity. Because a clear understanding of the role played by interfacial coupling is important to an improved understanding of two-phase flow through porous media, the new transport equations should prove to be effective tools for the study of such flow. 相似文献
